Sixteen Strong Task Force Lays Down The Law To Deckchair Operators

A party of sixteen took to the sands of Cozy Beach in Pattaya as the authorities reclaimed part of the beach from the deckchair operators.

Yes it took 16 people to measure out an area and inform the operators where they could and could not erect a deckchair.

Having successfully completed the task at Jomtien and Pattaya beaches, the task force will now head to Koh Lan, Phratamnak and a few other beaches to repeat the process.

Operators, who once enjoyed the freedom of the beaches, are now restricted to 7x9 metres to set out their business and can only operate on certain days.

However, Facebook users are confident that things will return to normal as soon as the task force left for ventures new.
