The initial Education Visa lasts just 90 days but it can be extended for 12 months at a time.

Your first Retirement Visa lasts for fifteen months and is then renewable every 12 months.

 

Upon renewal, there is no requirement to leave the country on a visa run but you must check in with your local immigration office every ninety days.

This visa requires applicants to have lived in Thailand for Three consecutive years. You must have an income of 80,000 baht per month.

 

Anyone married to a Thai person for five years can apply.

 

You must have earnings of 30,000 baht per month.

You must present tax statements at the time of your application.
