Strange Vehicle Spotted In Korat

Check out this unusual mode of transport, reportedly to have been filmed in Korat in Thailand. What exactly is it? It could be the chassis of a bus or similar vehicle. Irrespective of what it is, it is not something you see everyday. All that is missing is the dog sitting up front with its helmet on :)
