Did These Two Women Drown A Dog At Jomtien Beach?

Police are trying to locate, what is believed to be two foreign women after they were filmed drowning a dog near Jomtien in Pattaya.

The hunt for the alleged culprits is being led by Pol Maj Piyapong Ensarn of the tourist police.

The video has been reviewed and witnesses sought in an attempt to identify the pair.

Although the video quality is not great, it does appear to show the women taking a small dog into the sea and drowning it. They then leave the scene with the dead animal, presumably to dispose of it.

As the video went viral, netizens are calling for the pair to be prosecuted.
