Brazil's sensational forward Neymar, is believed to be staying at Barcelona, despite a bid in excess of £200m from French club PSG.
The star has allegedly informed fellow players Messi and Suarez, that he will remain the the Catalan giants.
PSG could also be set to lose out on Arsenal's Alexis Sanchez as negotiations appear to have broken down between the club and player.
Real Madrid lost on penalties, following a one all draw with Manchester United. Lingard opened the scoring for the English side but Madrid pulled it back to parity from a Casemiro penalty kick.
Amazingly, seven of the ten penalty kicks were missed during the shoot out, suggesting both clubs should put more practise in for the coming season.
The blue side of Manchester will be happy knowing that City have secured the services of Real Madrid's Danilo for a fee of £26m.
The Defender from Brazil, has agreed a five year contract and will link up with his new team mates for the club's USA tour.
Manchester City also look to have added Monaco defender Benjamin Mendy, assuming he passes a medical. His transfer fee is likely to be in the region of £52m.
