Shocking Experience For Man In Pattaya

A man in Pattaya has been electrocuted by a dangling cable on a street close to where Bang Lamung District Chief Naris Niramaiwong resides.

The cable had been spotted by a watch shop owner in the early hours of the morning and placed a call to the local authorities to report it but no one arrived to fix the rogue cable.

In the morning Soei Khiawphansa, 54, walked out of a house and was electrocuted as he came in contact with the power line.

Emergency services arrived and applied CPR to the stricken gent, who was then transferred to hospital, where he is believed to be recovering from his ordeal.

The district chief arrived on the scene to assist in coordinating the repair to the cable.

Soie was visiting the area and staying in a house next to where the incident happened.

It is common to see cables dangling in the streets, many are telephone cables but it is best to play safe and avoid them.
