King Power Innocent According To Airport Authority
King Power have done nothing wrong in the way they operate their duty free services according to Thailand's Airport Authority.
The owners of the 2016 English Premier League champions, Leicester City, are accused of corruption by failing to meet financial agreements for their airport monopoly.
The Thai Airport Authority, which is mainly owned by the state, claims King Power are working within the law, despite a lawsuit being raised with regards to the companies failure to pay £400 million to the nation's government.
The company has had exclusive rights to operated its duty free shops since 2006.
The President of the Airports of Thailand, Nitinai Sirismatthakarn, said the claims were groundless.
King Power will find out next week if they are to be investigated further when a court decision will be made.
