Man Says Amulet Saved His Families Lives

A man and his family from Roi-Et had a lucky escape, when he fell asleep at the wheel of his car, resulting in his pick-up, leaving the road and crashing into trees. The impact of the crash, almost destroyed three of the trees.

Sommai Wisetsin, 50, had been taking his wife and relatives home, following a long shift at work. He nodded off due to fatigue, which could have caused the death of all concerned.

Amazingly, six people travelling in the back of his pick-up, an Isuzu, survived the accident, with only a slight injury to his brother who was in the back of the vehicle.

Workers had to cut away trees to get to the victims.

Sommai said his amulet from Wat Huay Monkhol had saved everyone.

Judging by the image, they certainly had a miraculous escape.
