Foreign Woman Forced to Beg As Husband Dumps Her And Baby In Bangkok

Images portraying a white woman begging with a baby in Thailand's capital Bangkok have sparked debate on Thai social media.

The woman, who is said to be of Russian origin, is seen attempting to sell photos of her child, who appears to be no older than two-years-old.

She says she has no money after splitting with her husband and is merely trying to raise funds to buy a ticket back to her homeland.

As the photos were shared on Facebook, many jumped at the opportunity to pass comment on the women's situation.

People have defended her and questioned how a father could dump his wife and child, leaving them in a horrible situation. Others said it was not the responsibility of the Thai people to help her and that she should contact her embassy.

Thankfully, a Facebook user did the right thing. Angkhana Promyat, contacted the police and asked them to assist the lady.

When there is a child involved, people need to unite and help out.

Hopefully the authorities can now arrange for her and her baby to travel home.
