Thailand Win King's Cup In Bangkok
Thailand's international football team have won the King's Cup.
Following a 0-0 draw with opponents Belarus, Thailand won 5-4 on penalties, to lift and retain the trophy on Sunday.
With the penalty shoot out tied a four all, Siroh Chatthong's stepped up to fire the winning kick into the back of the net.
Thailand beat Belarus at the Rajamangala National Stadium, after disposing of North Korea in the previous round.
Not a bad start for the Kingdom's new coach, Serbian Milovan Rajevac. He has witnessed his side win both their matches under him since taking over from Kiatisak "Zico" Senamuang in April.
In the third and fourth play off match, Burkina Faso and North Korea fought out a three all draw, before the former won 4-3 on penalties.
Congratulations to Milovan Rajevac and the "War Elephants" on winning the trophy.
