Thai Ladies Crash Out Of World Grand Prix In Holland
Thailand's ladies exited the volleyball World Grand Prix in Apeldoorn in Holland, following a third defeat on the bounce on Sunday evening.
Having already lost to Japan by three sets to two on Friday, the ladies fell at the hands of Holland, the group leaders by 3-0 on Saturday before concluding what has been a poor weekend, by losing to the Dominican Republic by a 3-1 scoreline.
The world's number one and two nations China and the USA met in their third group match with the USA winning all three sets.
Thailand were ranked world number 14 before the tournament.
Let's hope the girls can bounce back from the defeats and give the nation something to cheer.
