New Long-Term Visa Applications To Be Thoroughly Investigated

The newly appointed head of the Chonburi Immigration Office has vowed to rid Pattaya of criminals coming to the city to hide.

Pol. Col. Songprode Siri­sukha said that all anyone applying for a long-term visa, will be thoroughly investigated.

The new man stated that he wishes to ensure the safety of those to live and visit Pattaya, which means ridding the city of foreign criminals.

The move follows recent arrests of known felons from around world, who have been found exiled in the city.

Those who have no criminal background should have nothing to fear.
