Could Thailand have solved part of the problem of the new labour laws, which is seeing a mass exodus of migrant workers departing the country for fear of facing a large fine?

The Australian's may have the answer.

A robotic bricklayer that can build a house in two days, laying 1,000 bricks an hour.

Hadrian X, is a robot produced by Fastbrick Robotics. It already has keen interest from construction company Caterpillar, who are ready to invest in the new hardware.

The machine can lay bricks of any size, cutting them to fit perfectly into the space available.

The only issues that it could face in Thailand is obtaining a "work permit".
