Officials claim that the automated parking facility at Bali Hai Pier in Pattaya, is now fully operational.
The garage opened to the public nine months ago but was hampered by teething problems.
A spokesperson announced that the 738 million baht project has had all of its technical issues ironed out and is now 100% operational.
The system uses a computerised elevator from South Korean firm Simmatec Robotic. It offers a total of 417 parking spaces across seven floors. The entire process of parking cars is carried out by robots, once the driver has driven into one of the six entrances.
Costs at present to park there is 30 baht per hour or 300 baht per day.
Happy parking folks.
